Octopus Group gives marketing support to Real Business Disrupts and The Everline Future 50
Today, we’re announcing our exciting new marketing partnership with Real Business Disrupts and The Everline Future 50, to help drive award entries and raise awareness of their annual event. For those of you that are not aware, The Everline Future 50 is a partnership between Real Business and Everline, the digital small business finance provider, to showcase the 50 most disruptive, young, British businesses that are transforming industries across the UK. Next year will mark the fifth annual Everline Future 50 event and, in light of this anniversary, an all-new event ‘Real Business Disrupts’ will take place ahead of The Everline Future 50, bringing together five years of The Everline Future 50 alumni and those vying for inclusion in the 2016 ranking. The Real Business Disrupts event will take place on 3rd March 2016, and will involve plenty of networking opportunities, story sharing, panel debates, and one-on-one advice sessions, all focused around disruption and innovation. To top it all off, this will be followed by the much-loved Everline Future 50 party, where the UK’s most disruptive firms will be revealed and attendees will enjoy comedy, entertainment and superb networking. We’ve been brought on board by Real Business and Everline to drive traffic to the new Real Business Disrupts website (www.rbdisrupts.co.uk), and will be executing a multi-channel content marketing programme to create awareness and generate interest. Tom Holland, Director at Octopus Group, comments: “We know The Everline Future 50 well from our work with Everline and have seen first hand its growing reputation as an important barometer of the UK’s most exciting, fast-growth companies. Given our own activities in this area, and the fact that we already work with several companies that have been recognised by The Everline Future 50, this is a really interesting brief for us.” The campaign will consist of three phases; activity to drive nominations for the 2016 Everline Future 50 awards, content seeding to raise awareness of the programme in the run up to the event itself, and consultancy post-event to help promote some of the winners of the awards. Steven Randell, Publishing Director, Caspian Media, adds: “By taking on Octopus Group as our official marketing partner, we hope to make next year’s event bigger and better than ever before. When we started looking for a partner, we wanted a company that really understands the types of businesses that we are working with and want to attract, and Octopus felt like the obvious choice.” The closing deadline for entering the awards is Friday 11th December.
