A one-day event with Anaplan and British F1 driver Susie Wolff, complete with F1 simulators and a chance to win an F1 Track Day experience at Brands Hatch.
Octopus Group was appointed to deliver quality MSLs from financial institutions based at Canary Wharf, and raise brand awareness. The key messaging was for VIPs and prospects to learn how to plan ahead in business using the skills and tactics employed in F1 to gain a competitive advantage. We managed the strategy, content, creative, and execution of the event.
We developed a six-week programme that included a DM, eDM, and social media targeted marketing campaign to invite decision makers to attend a one-day F1 themed event in Canary Wharf. We developed an incredibly strong creative identity and copy style, and distributed high-quality invitations to VIP guests to encourage attendance at the briefings to meet Anaplan’s MD. The event was split between VIPs and local employees in the area. Data was captured from both groups for the Anaplan sales team.
