Octopedes wanted!

Octopus Group is looking to fill three new job roles off the back of announcing a string of new workplace perks for 2020.

We’re currently hiring for an Account Manager, a Digital Marketing Account Executive and an Account Executive.

Beyond existing highlights such as our famous summer party festival – Roctostock – a flexible working policy, a meditation mindfulness pod, trained mental health first-aiders, weekly yoga classes, free breakfast, and many more perks via the Perkbox platform, our new joiners will benefit from some shiny, new initiatives.

So, in response to their feedback, we’re implementing an improved charity programme this year whereby employees are given two workdays to volunteer for a local charity of their choice. We’re also introducing ‘tea & talk’ sessions, mentoring, life coaching, wellbeing days, and strength/personality profiling to support our people both in work and in life. And, we’re upping our investment in training, including management monitoring and support.
