Octopus Group is looking to fill three new job roles off the back of announcing a string of new workplace perks for 2020.
Beyond existing highlights such as our famous summer party festival – Roctostock – a flexible working policy, a meditation mindfulness pod, trained mental health first-aiders, weekly yoga classes, free breakfast, and many more perks via the Perkbox platform, our new joiners will benefit from some shiny, new initiatives.
Our employees are a kind and generous bunch. So, in response to their feedback, we’re implementing an improved charity programme this year whereby employees are given two workdays to volunteer for a local charity of their choice. We’re also introducing ‘tea & talk’ sessions, mentoring, life coaching, wellbeing days, and strength/personality profiling to support our people both in work and in life. And, we’re upping our investment in training, including management monitoring and support.
It’s because of investments like these that we consistently rate highly for workplace culture and attract the best talent to our agency. In a recent staff survey, 97% of Octopedes said they felt like they belong, and the same percentage said they felt fully able to voice their ideas and opinions. A working environment like that leads to the best possible work for our clients.
