Fraud losses and authentication expenses cost the UK economy hundreds of million pounds a year. Enter Pindrop with their enterprise solution that secures voice communications for some of the world’s largest call centres. When Lloyds Banking Group came on board, they wanted to capture their experience with a case study video. To cap off the announcement, they set an ambitious target of 30 pieces of international coverage.
Our creative team overcame conservative industry odds to script an engaging video on the benefits of Pindrop’s solution – all without scaring people about the dangers of phone fraud. We also developed a comprehensive content strategy that included press releases, social media and external influencers who added credibility and reach to the content.
